Opinion: Why Digital Literacy Should Be a Core Subject

In an increasingly digital world, the ability to navigate, evaluate, and create digital content is as fundamental as reading and writing. Yet our education systems continue to treat digital literacy as an afterthought.

This needs to change. Students who graduate without a solid foundation in digital literacy are at a significant disadvantage in the modern workforce and in civic life.
